For further information, call the Recreation Division Manager at 707-838-1260. 1, 2, 3 EXPLORING SPANISH WITH ME/ 1, 2, 3 EXPLORA EL ESPAÑOL CONMIGO Instructor: Diana Amaya and Amy Girimonte Age: 3-5 years Place: Huerta Gymnasium This two week Spanish camp is designed to give your child the opportunity to learn Spanish in a fun, caring, and nurturing environment. Through structured and spontaneous activities, each child will develop the basic concept of conversation. The curriculum will include art, songs, stories, games, as well as physical activities, rhythm and music of Latin America. Snacks will be provided. They will become familiar with common vocabulary word phrases and basic conversation skills such as greetings and manners. Children will develop concepts at circle time such as counting, colors, shapes, emotions, alphabet, and more. They will learn through participation in a variety of fun activities: free play, arts & crafts, story time, and music & movement. Snacks will be provided.
