Help par- ticipant feel comfortable in the water. 2. Fundamental Aquatic Skills. Give participant success with fundamental skills. 3. Stroke Development. Builds on level 2 skills, additional guided practice in deep water. 4. Stroke Improvement. Develop confidence in skills learned & added aquatic skills. 5. Stroke Refinement. Provides further coordination & refinement of strokes 6.
