Parent and child attend class together. Level 4 Preschool Toddler 2 This is a beginning preschool class designed for children who turn 2 between January and April 2019. Parent and child attend class together. Bright Beginnings Preschool Parent Education through Parent and Child Participation Parent & child grow together in an enriched environment that nurtures the whole family. Parents attend once each week while children attend according to the class schedule below. Preschool activities are designed to stimulate your child’s emotional, intellectual, physical and social growth through art, music, science, literature, cooking, dramatic play, motor movement and field trips. School readiness skills are emphasized throughout the day. Parents participate in classroom activities by helping to supervise, providing snack and attending parent-ed meetings where information on child development and related topics is provided. It is not necessary for your child to be toilet trained. Registration Process Levels 5-10: Before registering, all Level 5 - Level 10 preschool students are required to complete the following forms: Emergency, Liability and Student Agreement, provide Child Immunization record and a valid TB test for the Participating Adult, watch the online Orientation Video and read the Handbook. Bring completed forms to the office, pay class fee and yearly registration fee and register for your class. NO REFUNDS for Preschool classes. Registration Fee: A $100 registration fee is charged for all Multi-Day classes (Level 6 – 10 and STEAM). This fee is paid with the first registration and is valid for Quarter 1 – Quarter 4. One-Day classes (Level 3, 4, and 5) do not pay a registration fee. Toddler Classes Children’s Program: Preschool activities are designed to stimulate your child’s emotional, intellectual, physical, and social growth through art, music, literature, dramatic play and motor activities. Daily activities promote the development of language, fine motor and gross motor skills. Each class day will include one simple art project, music, and movement activities directed by the teacher and ample play time. Children in this class bring their own snack. Water is provided for all participants. It is not necessary for your child to be toilet trained.Adult Program: Adults participate in classroom activities helping to supervise centers, the playground, and participate in circle time activities.
