Facility Rental General Information The Town of Windsor has three indoor facilities available for community gatherings, meetings, and sports events . Huerta Gymnasium: The capacity for dining is 306 participants with a full-sized kitchen available. For assembly-typemeetingsorbusiness expositions, the capacity is approximately 500 participants. For athletic events, the 61'x73' gymnasium offers a 49'x67' sport court that has new flooring, basketball backboards, and a scoreboard. A standard volleyball court with net is also available. Windsor Community Center: This facility has two adjoining rooms, a stage, patio, foyer, and large kitchen. The capacity for dining is 185 participants. For assembly-type meetings, business expositions or performances, the capacity is approximately 300-380 participants. Windsor Senior Recreation Center: A more intimate setting is provided at this facility with one large room, a smaller meeting room, and a warming kitchen. Outside is a swimming pool, patio area, and adjacent barbeque area. This outdoor space is available after senior program hours: Saturday and Sunday 5:00 - 8:00 p.m. Deposit: A security deposit is required for all rental events. The deposit is refundable if the facility is returned to its original condition.* All fees must be received at least 45 days prior to the event. Reservations are taken up to one year in advance. * Please Note: A cleaning fee may be applied depending on the length and number of attendees. Set-up: Tables and chairs are included in the rental fee. Also included is a facility attendant to set-up the tables and chairs as well as assist with other tasks. Clean-up: The renter is responsible for restoring the facility to its original condition. The facility attendant is responsible for putting away all tables and chairs. Insurance: Liability Insurance may be required for rental use of town facilities.
