Instructor: Chaparral Ranch Staff Little Ranchers 2-5 yrs. Children will learn how to be around the horses, grooming, walking with the horse and a pony ride all with their parent’s participation. Saddle Club 6 -16 yrs. A basic learning and riding class, students will learn how to groom, saddle, tie, and other basic horse skills in the first portion of class. The remainder will be riding. Horseback Riding Lessons 8 yrs. and Up. Join us for western riding lessons. Students will learn safety, dismounting, steering, stopping, balance, posting trot and sitting trot. Trail Rides 8 yrs. and Up Join us for a trail ride through the beautiful trails of Wunderlich park in Woodside. Open Gym is a fun, safe place to practice and perfect your skills. Come get your wiggles out and work on skill mastery. At Los Gatos Elite we have two different offerings, depending on your child’s age. Adult participation is required. BABY TUMBLERS 9 months-1.8 yrs. A safe and structured environment for the little ones to explore and learn self- awareness and physical adaptation through developmentally appropriate gymnastics activities such as stepping, rolling, balancing, sliding and swinging. Child must be walking comfortably in order to participate. DYNAMITES 3-5 yrs. Children will enjoy a variety of moves in this course including forward rolls, inverted handstands, backwards roll down wedge, beginner cartwheel, as well as some balance beam and bar techniques. AERIALS ARTS 8-17 yrs. Students of all skill levels will discover their inner artist through the discipline of Aerial Silks. This course includes basic to advanced movements and will enhance strength, flexibility, and elegance. Kids should wear a leotard or athletic attire. FLIPZ 8-17 yrs. Flipz will focus exclusively on tumbling and acrobatic skills on floor and trampoline. This class is a supplement for dancers and cheerleaders wanting to enhance or acquire new acrobatic skills, including back handspring training, front and side aerial training, and front and back tuck training.
