If you are frustrated, confused, and sick and tired of repeating old patterns, this class is for you. Whether you’ve lost weight and are trying to keep it off or are just starting the diet process, it’s important to deal with habits, hankerings, and cravings. The meridian system is an energy grid that connects every aspect of our body above/ below and impacts the function of every cell, tissue, and organ. In this workshop you will learn how to practice the gates daily to bring healing into your own hands. Participants learn how to perform CPR on an adult, child and infant, use an Automated External Defibrillator (AED), and aid an adult, child or infant who is choking. Participants receive an AHA Heartsaver CPR/AED two-year certification card (must pass a skills test). Class fee includes student manual and a CPR key-chain rescue mask. Recommended for 13 years and older. If the participant is a minor, a parent or guardian is required to complete and sign enrollment forms at the beginning of class.
