Intro To Jump Rope For Fun & Fitness Put some FUN back into your fitness goals and come join us in learning jump rope basics for health! Jumping rope is an amazing cardiovascular exercise which also helps to improve coordination, cognitive function, muscle tone and bone density. Participant will learn basic jump technique along with footwork and basic tricks, working toward building endurance. Please wear tennis shoes and comfortable clothes. Drop-in Fee: $16. Teens and young adults have it particularly hard given the mounting stress of school, peers, social media and other societal pressures. Elevated and ongoing stress will lead to mental, emotional and physical breakdown. This class allows family members to learn and practice together invaluable tools that explore how to live life with greater peace, contentment and well-being. Learn about mindful meditation, breathing and moving plus how to improve positivity and gratitude. Required materials list will be printed on your receipt or viewed on-line. Instructor: Tom Fandre.
