NEW Movement Improvement The Feldenkrais Method, a widespread holistic approach to optimizing human functioning is useful in promoting creativity, comfort, endurance and healthy functioning and in helping to prevent and address injuries such as Repetitive Stress Injury, Carpal Tunnel Syndrome, Tendinitis, and back pain. The Feldenkrais Method develops a functional awareness of the self. Please bring a mat and dress in warm, layered, comfortable clothing. Drop-in Fee: $15. This is based completely on medical science. Hot Breathing makes you a better breather. Better breathing increases metabolism, enhances stamina and longevity.
