NEW Yoga For Everyday Well Being & Stress Relief Sessions are designed to cultivate sustained energy, strength, postural awareness, peace and clarity with a focused mind. Physical postures & movements coordinated with breathing are used to replace patterns of stress in the body & mind, and facilitate efficient functioning. Taiji is mostly practiced today for the many health benefits. Regular practice of Chen Taiji has been shown to improve strength, balance and flexibility; a good foundation for any athletic activity.
