To register, go to townofwindsor.com/registration 4 Jeneen Peterson, Administrative Services Director Jeneen Peterson was appointed Administrative Services Director effective September 29, 2019. Jeneen has been employed with the Town of Windsor since January 2018 and has been serving as Acting Administrative Services Director since November 2018. In her time with the Town of Windsor, Jeneen has been instrumental in successfully creating the 2019-2021 biennial budget that was easily adopted by Council, she completed a VoIP phone conversion, and implemented significant IT security upgrades and infrastructure enhancements. Jeneen brings over 15 years of finance and leadership experience to her new role. She has held numerous executive leadership positions, which include: Controller, International Finance Controller, and Vice President of Finance. She holds a bachelors’ degree in Business Administration/Accountancy from San Diego State University. Along with her credentials, Jeneen possesses a level-headed and collaborative management style that is an invaluable asset to the Town. It has been a joy working for the Town of Windsor and I look forward to a challenging and productive relationship.” Jessica Jones, Community Development Director Jessica Jones brings over 19 years of professional planning experi- ence to Windsor. At the City of Santa Rosa, Jessica served as the lead planner for the North Santa Rosa Station Area Specific Plan and worked on the annexation of the 714-acre Roseland area in southwest Santa Rosa. Jessica also worked closely with the City’s engagement staff to look for better and more innovative ways to encourage community participation in all aspects of the planning and development process. Most recently, Jessica managed the development of the City’s resiliency and rebuilding ordinances in the aftermath of the October 2017 wild- fires. Her work on these ordinances recently won an award from the California Chapter of the American Planning Association. Jessica and her husband Mike have lived in Wind- sor since 2006. They have two boys that attend Windsor schools and are very active in numerous sports and other activities in the community. The Town of Windsor is pleased to announce the appointment of the following employees: Jon Davis, Parks & Recreation Director Jon Davis was appointed as Parks and Recreation Director on July 7, 2019. Having worked in Parks and Recreation for over 30 years, he has held positions with the City of Santa Barbara, the City of Irvine and the Town of Windsor. Jon began his career in Windsor in 2003 and over the past 15 years has served as Recreation Coordinator, Recreation Program Supervisor and Recreation Division Manager. Jon and his teamhave provided the community with a variety of recreational experiences including the award-winning Summer Nights on the Green concert series, Windsor Kaboom, Town Preschools, countless recreation programs, park permits and facility rentals, the Military Banner Program, and operations at the Windsor Senior Recreation Center. Jon and his wife Natalie live in Windsor and have two children in college, both who recently graduated from Windsor High School.
