Track Camp Skyhawks Track & Field Camp 7-12 yrs. We combine technical development and fundamental techniques with safety and a major focus on fun! Using special equipment, our exercises and drills will prepare athletes for a future in track and field events and distance running, while inspiring a love for running and being active. The fundamentals of body positioning, stride, proper stretching and cool-down techniques are all covered in this unique program. Track and field events include javelin, discus, shot put, hurdles, long jump, triple jump and various running and relay events. Skyhawks Beach Volleyball is designed to help players of all levels take their game to the next level. Beach volleyball is a fast growing sport and this camp provides athletes with the opportunity to explore what beach volleyball is all about. This program helps each athlete develop the fundamental skills through game-speed drills and scrimmages. Participants should wear appropriate clothing, gym shoes, and knee pads; bring two snacks and a water bottle. Volleyball Summer Camp The Bump Set Spike Outdoor Volleyball Summer Camp by National Academy of Athletics is packed with fun. Whether your child is a beginner or more advanced player, the drills taught at this camp will help them fall in love with the game of volleyball. Our outdoor (beach) volleyball camps are the perfect place to learn about the game and fitness while having a blast and making new friends. HP Training groups will train in a strict 6:1 ratio for optimum performance.
