Swim Team/Jr. Guards Jr Lifeguards 11-15 yrs. The Junior Lifeguard program provides young swimmers lifesaving training, leadership skills, and water rescue experience. By the end of this course, participants will have first aid/CPR/AED knowledge and will be able to quickly respond to emergencies in aquatic environments. Participants must be strong swimmers. LGS Aquatics encourages and promotes the sport of swimming and healthy lifestyles through swimming and having lots of fun while doing it! Swimmers will have the opportunity to test their swimming skills during inter-club races. We welcome all swimmers who are at least 5 years old and are water safe. Our goal is to offer a fun and healthy environment for learning swimming skills. Summer team is all about the joy of being in the water, learning new skills, and making new friends. Swim meets held locally. $73 USA Swimming Athlete Registration Fee is due by check or cash to: SBAC.
