Synchronized Swimming Camp 5-10 yrs. We welcome young boys and girls to join us and learn the basics of synchronized swimming. Our camp includes an introduction to synchronized swimming, cross training for other aquatic sports, flexibility training and performance techniques. The finale show at the end of the week will give participants a chance to demonstrate for family and friends the athleticism, creativity and teamwork that defines this sport. Participants must have previous swim lesson experience and be confident off the wall in the deep end. $50 US Synchro registration fee will be collected on the first day. Like to bike, swim and run? This week long camp will help you become a better triathlete as you participate in one of the fastest growing sports in the nation. Campers are lead through a week long Triathlon Adventure! Practicing each leg of the race independently as well as the transitions between the events. The PADI Seal Team Camp is for young divers who are looking for action-packed fun in a pool, taking part in exciting SCUBA Aqua Missions. These Aqua Missions will introduce your child to the basics of SCUBA diving and the thrill of breathing underwater. After building a solid foundation of SCUBA skills, participants will receive a certification card with their picture. Welcome to the hot sport of water polo! A sport that combines swimming skills, the flow of soccer, and rules and contact similar to ice hockey. This class is designed to develop the basic fundamentals skills a water polo athlete needs to develop and become a competitive player. Focus is on eggbeater, body position, ball handling and shooting skills. Come join us while you learn this sport and make new friends. ** All classes held in 7-13 feet of water. Must be able to swim at least one lap of the pool. Log rolling offers participants a fun balance challenge with strong fitness benefits! Participants learn to control the speed of the log using quick footwork and weight distribution. Deep End class is held in 7ft. deep water. Shallow End class is held in 3ft. 6in. deep water. Life jackets (child small-adult) are available to participants.
