Soccer KIDZ LOVE SOCCER Two locations : Blossom Hill Park – Shannon Road side and El Quito Park. All classes taught by Kidz Love Soccer Staff. NOTE: Shin guards are mandatory for all classes. KLS TOT SOCCER & TOT/PRE COMBO SOCCER: Young children will develop motor skills while having fun running and kicking just like the big kids! PRE SOCCER: Children will learn basic techniques of soccer while building self-esteem and learn to follow instructions in a nurturing teaching environment. SOCCER 1: TECHNIQUES & TEAMWORK & SOCCER 2: SKILLZ & SCRIMMAGES: Players learn dribbling, passing, receiving, shooting, age specific defense, etc. Small sided soccer matches will be gradually introduced. Reading, flash graphics, videos, and quizzes will prepare the reader to pass the written DMV test. This course is very easy to use. SafeSitter – Babysitting Skills 15 yrs. & up This course provides hands-on training in preventing and responding to emergencies, with an emphasis on first aid skills. This course covers infant care, planning age-appropriate activities as well as how to manage discipline issues. Students are also taught how to recognize child abuse and handle inappropriate adult behavior. Students must be 15 years & up to take this course and will receive a certification card upon completion of this course. Students need to bring a sack lunch to class.
