The style is loosely based Iyengar yoga with focus on alignment. Asana, breath and attention awareness, relaxation, and yoga philosophy are covered in this class. OVER 50: This class is designed for students over age 50 who might be intimidated by or unable to do a standard yoga class. Basic poses, breath work, relaxation and yoga philosophy form the core of the class. Poses are modified to the needs of the individual student.
