If you have not yet created an Active Network ac- count, please do so prior to March 22. Mail registration to: Santa Cruz County Parks, 979 17th Av- enue, Santa Cruz, CA 95062 Fax-in your registration to (831) 454-7940, using your credit or debit card, or e-check. Faxed registrations will be processed in random order, along with mail-in, walk-in and phone-in registrations received the same day. Walk-in registration at 979 17th Avenue. Aquatics Programs: M-F, 9 AM-4 PM. All other programs: M-F, 9 AM-1 PM. Phone-in registration: Aquatic Programs: (831) 454-7953, M-F, 9 AM-4 PM. All other programs: (831) 454-7941, M-F, 9 AM-1 PM. Please have your credit/debit card info. including CVC/CVV, and program numbers ready when you call. Registration and a signed release of liability are required prior to program participation. Payment is required at the time of regis- tration; fees are not pro-rated for late registration. You may pay using cash, check, credit card, debit card or e-check. There is a $40 service charge for returned checks and credit card charge backs. All activities, dates, and fees are subject to change.
