Students must have experience in resistance training and a high level of skill in the sport of baseball to enroll in this course. This course focuses on rules, etiquette, safety, and soccer skills, such as dribbling, passing, shooting and defending. Offensive and defensive positions and basic team strategies are also addressed. No previous soccer experience is necessary.
