Dance Adaptive Dance We strive to help children build strong, healthy relationships and celebrate their successes. Instructor: Paige Sadilek ADAPTIVE DANCE – JAZZ This class provides children with Down Syndrome a chance to shine! Dancers will explore dance in the Jazz style, increase self-confidence, build character and physical strength, and be part of a great weekly group of students. ADAPTIVE DANCE – HIP HOP This class provides children on the spectrum the opportunity to help foster independence, gain social and emotional skills, explore movement, and strive to improve self-control. Students will focus on body positioning, flexibility, musical rhythm, tumbling and more. YANG YANG CHINESE DANCE Includes traditional Chinese folk and classical ballet, tumbling, and modern dance. JING’S TEEN BALLET AND POINTE The curriculum moves quickly and this class is meant for the focused and dedicated ballet dancer.
