Skyhawks Mini-Hawk 4-7 yrs. (Baseball & Soccer) The essentials of baseball and soccer are taught in a safe, structured environment with lots of encouragement and a big focus on fun. Our Mini-Hawk games and activities were designed to allow participants to explore balance, movement, hand/eye coordination, and skill development at their own pace. Multi-Sport Athletic Skills and Games This class is designed to provide exposure and develop core athletics skills, strength, and sport conditioning. Based on K-8 physical education classes, a combination of on-court and off- court footwork patterns, throwing, catching and ball-tracking skills, as well as balance, strength and agility development will be emphasized. Sports and Games The participants will play many warrior games, learning lots sports skills, and becoming more agile this one of a kind cool program! They will shoot Genesis compound bows while playing in our archery arcade shooting all at kinds of crazy fun targets. They have will have a blast with swordplay using light sabers, foam sabers, and even modern Olympic sabers. ONLINE. The online All Sorts of Sports Camp is an extension of our traditional All Sorts of Sports Day Camp. We know that the best athletes in the world, from NBA players to Major league Soccer, to the NFL to professional gymnastics, a large majority of them all played multiple sports growing up. That is exactly why we created the All Sorts of Sports Camp.
