The taste is determined by the ingredients and whoever is cooking. The regions where the ingredients come from making the difference. JAPANESE HISTORY. Japan’s history goes back 100,000 years and the present emperor is the 126th in the lineage, unbroken since the beginning. We will cover from the time of the samurai era to the present, including the history of the entertainment field. JAPANESE CULTURE. Japan has a fascinating and multifaceted culture it is immersed in the deepest of traditions dating back thousands of years at the same time it is in a continual state of rapid change. This lecture will take a closer look at Japanese customs and etiquette.
