Instructor: Snapology Staff AMUSEMENT PARK ENGINEERING We bet your child loves going to amusement parks to experience the variety of fast, dropping, and spinning rides, but have they ever thought about the science that goes into building those rides? Students will become engineers building their own amusement park rides like roller coasters, Ferris wheel , Bumper Car and other awesome rides!! ANIMATION STUDIO Children will learn the fundamentals of stop-motion animation and create their own animated movie starring some of their favorite LEGO® mini-figures to share with friends and family! Students will go through the entire movie making process from plot development and set design to detailed visual and audio editing. EASTER WORKSHOP We will discuss all things Easter and then design our own Easter chick with Easter egg, Easter egg transport system, and our own 3D Easter Bunnies with special features! ENGINEERING FUN Does your little learner love to tinker and create new things, or are they the kind of learner who likes to break things apart to see what’s inside? Your student will learn the tools they need to understand mechanical movement and the importance of simple machines. They will see these moving parts up-close as they follow instructions to build various machines and contraptions, then use the models to develop new design ideas, test out physics concepts, and even play games with their classmates. GAMEBOTS Have a blast creating robotic games each week while learning about robotics. Students will learn about gear ratio, sensors, programming, and pulleys as they create fun to play games. Whether creating a robotic hockey player, pinball machine, or a ring toss, your child is sure to have fun building, learning, and playing. Camp EDMO Language c 5-12 yrs. Let’s start our Spanish learning adventure! Kids will learn about Spanish pronunciation. They will also learn basic vocabulary, the alphabet, greetings, nouns, adjective usage, numbers, basic grammar terms, how to form questions, diphthongs, and more! Working on improving posture, eye contact, body language, volume and enhancing self esteem with this important craft.
