Skyhawks Beach Volleyball Camp 7-12 yrs. Beach volleyball is a fast growing sport and this camp provides athletes with the opportunity to explore what beach volleyball is all about. This program helps each athlete develop the fundamental skills through game-speed drills and scrimmages. Learn the fundamentals of body positioning, stride, proper stretching and cool-down techniques. Track and field events include javelin, discus, shot put, hurdles, long jump, triple jump and various running and relay events. Cross Country and Track Appropriate for all skill levels, players will get individual/small group instruction on the fundamentals of Track and Field, i.e. hurdles, jumping events, discus, shot put, running techniques and strategies, etc. Participants will also have opportunities to compete in organized competitions and other skill contests to showcase their abilities.
