NEW Key Log Rolling Multi-Age Group Tournament Log rolling has been a competitive sport since the late 1800s and organized officially since 1926. This is a round robin style tournament. Each roller competes against every other roller in their division.The roller who wins the most matches wins the tournament. Visit lgsrecreation.org/aquatics/ for more information and registration. If your child can swim at least one lap and would like to improve his/her swimming skills, this is the program for you. Swimmers will receive instruction in stroke techniques, and competitive techniques including racing dives & turns. LGS Aquatics encourages and promotes the sport of swimming and healthy lifestyles through swimming and having lots of fun while doing it! Swimmers will have the opportunity to test their swimming skills during inter-club races. Members of the same household may share a lane. Log rolling offers participants a fun balance challenge with strong fitness benefits! Participants learn to control the speed of the log using quick footwork and weight distribution.
