We will write code to implement a dynamic art display that reacts to whatever sound is being played. Learn code on how to accept user input to create a visually stunning masterpiece! PIXEL ART WITH JAVASCRIPT Have fun learning how to write an app that you, your friends, and your family can use to create pixel art! We will write code to pick colors and draw pixels, using a mouse and keyboard. Recreate your favorite 8-bit characters or create an original! ROCK BAND WITH JAVASCRIPT Have fun learning how to write computer programs to create music! We will write code to implement a band or orchestra composed of musical instruments. Learn code on how to play your violin, strum your guitar, or bang your drums! SKETCH WITH JAVASCRIPT Have fun learning how to write computer programs to create cool sketches! We will write code to implement a canvas to draw on, similar to an Etch-a-Sketch. Learn code to control your paint brush and change colors to create your masterpiece! FUN WITH PROGRAMMING ANIMATION WITH JAVASCRIPT We will explore writing code to create dynamic, animated digital art and web pages with images, shapes, sounds, and text. Stories and adventures will come to life when pictures are animated and sound effects are added! GAMES WITH JAVASCRIPT GOALIEMANIA Have fun learning how to write a game app, GoalieMania, that you, your friends, and your family can play to practice and hone your goal-keeping skills! Learn code on how to control the game character and the physics of ball movement. Your abilities are put to the test when multiple balls are coming at you! RACE CARS We will write code to create a carnival game, Race Cars, which will run in a web browser and utilize images, shapes, sound effects, and text. Learn code on how to control the game characters and race to the finish line! TREASURE HUNT We will create a Treasure Hunt game in a web browser using images, shapes, sound effects, and text, and make our game character move and jump in search of the treasure! TRICKY TARGETS We will write code to create a fast-paced game of target practice that requires speed, skill, and precision. Race against the clock to hit as many targets as you can before they disappear! The program will run in a web browser and utilize images, shapes, sound effects, and text.
