TRACK & FIELD Skyhawks Track & Field 7-12 YRS. We combine technical development and fundamental techniques with safety and a major focus on fun! The fundamentals of body positioning, stride, proper stretching and cool-down techniques are all covered in this unique program. Track and field events include javelin, discus, shot put, hurdles, long jump, triple jump and various running and relay events. Track & Field Players will get instruction on the fundamentals of Track and Field, i.e. hurdles, jumping events, discus, shotput, running techniques and strategies, etc. Participants will also have opportunities to compete in organized competitions and other skill contests to showcase their abilities. Volleyball Clinic Designed with fun-filled drills and activities, we will enforce basic skills and techniques to enable and empower playing the game with ease and confidence for successl, Our objective is to build team spirit, develop necessary skills, and crest everlasting passion for the game. Participants are prepared to successfully participate in school and club tryouts.
