Jumping rope is an amazing cardiovascular exercise which also helps to improve coordination, cognitive function, muscle tone and bone density. Participant will learn basic jump (single rope and double dutch) technique along with footwork and basic tricks, working toward building endurance. Please wear tennis shoes and comfortable clothes.
