We strive to ensure that all campers gain new knowledge and an improved skill level. At no time will any camper be in an environment that is beneath or above their skill level. Our goal is to provide a safe and meaningful experience for all participants. Instructor: Santa Cruz Baseball School Baseball Hitting Camp This camp will focus on improving hitting ability, including individualized hitting plans, fundamentals and technique. Video will be used as a tool to help campers improve their skills. All campers will receive individualized instruction daily. Baseball Pitching Camp This camp will focus on essential pitching mechanics and techniques. We’ve taught numerous college and propitchers the same skills and drills we will teach in this camp. Just beginning? Don't worry, we will provide you with the tools for success and safe pitching. POLO GROUNDS COUNTY PARK, FIELD B - AGES 6-14 M-F 9am-12pm 7/25-7/29 $160/$175 Summer Day Camps Register your 6-12 year old child at one of our recreation sites for a fun-filled summer of games, arts & crafts, sports, cooking, and local field trips. Campers will be divided into groups for age-appropriate activities. Campers will receive a camp t-shirt, which must be worn on all field trips. The staff to child ratio is 1:15 or less on site and 1:8 for field trips. A week before each session begins, parents will receive an information handbook and an emergency information card. Please be sure to review the information in the handbook, and fill out the emergency card completely. The emergency card must be given to the site staff on the first day of camp. If you have not received your handbook and emergency card before the first day your child will attend camp, please call the site staff. Send your child with a lunch and snacks each day, wearing closed-toe shoes (e.g., sneakers).
