Ultimate Frisbee can be described as a combination of football, soccer, and basketball with goals scored like football, movement of the players like soccer and some of the rules of basketball (no running with the disc). Ultimate frisbee relies upon a spirit of sportsmanship and fair play. Players compete in a “round robin” style tournament each week to better their skills and meet other local play- ers. Beginners and intermediates welcome.
