By employing strengthening exercises and stretching techniques, this water exercise class will help to increase your body’s tone and range of motion. The therapeutic nature of the warm water is ideal for all fitness levels, including non-swimmers, and anyone recovering from injuries. No class on 9/2. Our knowledgeable and experienced instructor will lead you through exercises which are specially designed for increasing flexibility and balance, rebuilding strength, and assisting with the relief of arthritis symptoms. CAREGIVERS SUPPORT GROUP GRUPO DE APOYO PARA LOS CUIDADORES Facilitator: Jennifer Watson, Primose Program Director This group will provide a safe and caring environment to discuss issues related to caring for a loved-one with Alzheimer’s or other dementia. Discussions may include the best ways to communicate, difficult behaviors, how to give yourself a break and how to deal with guilt and grief. Share your situation and learn from others who are experiencing similar issues.
