Improve knife skills, how to adapt recipes, and create some delicious and easy meals that will impress even the biggest critics. Week one: Improve Knife Skills and create two main salads that will satisfy the hungriest critic. Week two: Discover why flavor is the key as we spice our way into creating two amazing soups. Week three: Gain confidence in the kitchen as we explore food safety. Understand how to properly store, cook, and use veggies and meats before they are past their prime as we cook two delicious main dishes.
