Tai Chi Chuan TAI CHI CHUAN I Gentle movements of Yang style Tai Chi are practiced by millions of people for health, relaxation, and self- defense. This course focuses on the first seven movements of the Yang Style Long Form. INTERMEDIATE/ADVANCED The class covers Qigong warm-ups, the Tai Chi stance principles, the short – long integrated form applications, and partner work. Emphasis will be on awakening the feeling of chi in the body as we focus on simple and relaxing qigong movements to relieve tension, improve concentration, and boost the immune system for a healthy and joyful season.
