If you have fatigue, weight gain, low energy and slower healing this class is for you. Receive a shopping list of foods that help absorb hydration and activate the charge of water molecules, learn that it’s not just about intake... it’s also about output. Replenish your electrolytes with a DIY Sports Drink after a workout and learn about the importance of sweating and the role our skin plays in hydration. Medicare can be challenging to navigate and our mission is to provide a format for beneficiaries to learn about important information related to their coverage. We do not sell insurance, nor do we endorse any insurance company. Our non- profit organization is funded in part through the California Department of Aging. 1249 WED 2:00-3:30PM 3/25 DONATION AARP SAFE DRIVING CLASS CONDUCCIÓN SEGURTA AARP This class offers methods that help compensate for normal age-related hearing, vision and other physical changes. Those attending receive and follow along in a workbook, view slides and receive additional information from a qualified volunteer instructor. Upon completion, each person receives a Completion Certificate. Present the program course-completion certificate to your insurance agent for possible discounts. This is an 8-hour course held over two days. Make checks payable to AARP; no cash or credit card payments please. Advanced registration is required. $15 for AARP members/$20 for non-members. This is two week course.
