Our award-winning Composer-in-Residence, Matt Browne, who has been praised for his “unbridled humor”, will premiere his first, large-scale symphonic work as part of our First Symphony Project. Pianist Natasha Paremski shines in Rachmaninoff’s volcanic Concerto No. 3. Before the Symphony we will have dinner in Rohnert Park at the Grav South Brew. MON 4:30-10:30PM 2/10 $88R/$93NR HANDS ON CHEESEMAKING CLASS AT COOK VINEYARD MANAGEMENT IN SONOMA Join the Epicurean Connection and Cook Vineyard Management for this hands on cheesemaking class. Sheana Davis breaks down the barriers to cheesemaking, making it accessible, easy and fun with her energetic and hands-on class. Upon arrival, guests are welcomed with locally crafted wine and an artisanal cheese tasting, allowing participants to explore different types of handcrafted cheeses prior to creating their own. We will be having lunch at the Sunflower Caffè in Sonoma before the class. Transportation will be in the TOW 15-passenger van. Lunch is included in the price of this trip. Founded in Sweden in 1943 by 17-year-old Ingvar Kamprad, IKEA has been the world’s largest furniture retailer since 2008. We will shop and have lunch in the IKEA cafeteria. Transportation will be in the TOW 15-passenger van. Lunch IS NOT included in the price of this trip. EARLY DROP-OFF REGISTRATIONS WILL RECEIVE PRIORITY AFTER ALL IN-PERSON SIGN-UPS. YOU MAY ONLY SIGN UP YOURSELF AND ONE OTHER PARTICIPANT. TRIP REFUND POLICY Unless otherwise stated, refunds for trips can be issued up to two weeks prior to trip date. Participants may either receive a refund credit to their recreation program account less a $5 processing fee per transaction or a refund check less a $15 processing fee per transaction. For cancellations less than two weeks from trip date, refunds may be given only if space on the trip is filled. Overnight trips and trips where tickets have been paid for in advance are subject to a change in this refund policy.
