Senior Center Without Limits We’ve partnered with Community Bridges and other great local organizations to offer this new and innovative program which brings enrichment activities like yoga, art, music and support groups to older adults in their homes at no cost. The Senior Center Without Limits is a free program that overcomes the digital divide to connect seniors to their community, engage in activities to improve cognitive processes and combat isolation. Who can participate in the Senior Center Without Limits program? All Santa Cruz County residents over the age of 60 are invited to participate in this free program. Just find a class on the online calendar at communitybridges.org/scwol and at the stated day and time, click on the link to join the class. 3 things you need to participate: • Internet connection. Programs may be available to those who qualify for affordable internet services. • A tablet or computer. You can use any internet enabled tablet computer to participate in the activities. If you do not have a tablet computer, you may be able to receive a free Amazon Fire tablet. Who qualifies for a free tablet? Low-income residents of Santa Cruz County over the age of 60 - while supplies last. • Zoom account. All program activities will be conducted via video through Zoom.
