A ACCESS YOUR STUDENT ZONEMAIL All admi Ʃ ed students are given a student email account through The Zone web portal. All messages from the college are sent to this account. To access your Zonemail account: • Go to . • Click on The Zone icon. • Enter your user ID (Your student ID number). • Enter your PIN (Same six-digit PIN used for CLASS-Web). • Log in and click What is my college/district email address? link under Quick Check . • Click the Email icon and log in with the email username (just the part before the @ sign) and password (same six- digit PIN used for The Zone and CLASS-Web). B PAY YOUR FEES Be sure to pay your fees (or sign up for a payment plan) by the posted due date. (See pages 14-15 for more detail.) C BUY YOUR PARKING PERMIT Students who plan to drive to and park on campus must purchase a parking permit. (See page 15 for more detail.) D GET YOUR STUDENT ID CARD PHOTO ID’s will be available in-person and the Hours of Opera Ɵ on will be limited. Please check the website below for updated informa Ɵ on on speci fi c days and Ɵ mes. If you are unable to come in-person to get a PHOTO ID taken, please follow the steps below for receiving a PHOTO ID via online. To obtain a Photo ID in-person, please bring: • PHOTO ID (Driver’s License, State-Issued ID; Permanent Resident Card, High School ID or US Passport) • Copy of Fall 2021 class schedule (available on CLASS-Web) To obtain a Photo ID via online, please e-mail to [email protected] the following documents: • Copy of PHOTO ID (Driver’s License, State-Issued ID; Permanent Resident Card, High School ID or US Passport) • Copy of Spring 2022 class schedule (available on CLASS-Web) • A jpeg image (to be used on the PHOTO ID) • Student ID number (W#) • Student current mailing address (to expedite the mailing process) PHOTO ID’s will be sent via US mail.
