RALLYBALL PRACTICE & PLAY / SKILLS & PLAY Designed to be a supplemental class for players already taking our Rallyball 1/2 skills classes. Organized practice and play gives players an opportunity to get extra practice and game experience to develop mastery and move to the upper skills and higher competition levels. RALLYBALL II TENNIS Format includes practice and match time. Players will continue to improve their movement, tracking and rally skills - but will also play more points and learn strategy and scoring. JUNIOR ACADEMY For players who are transitioning from the Red to Orange progression ball and court size. Players will be introduced to all court game shots such as approach shots and volleys! Focus is placed on learning to serve with proper service grip. The class requires instructor approval. JUNIOR ACADEMY 1 PRACTICE & PLAY Designed to focus on game play improvement for our entry Orange Ball level players. Classes will provide players with coach-run games and live play which allow participants to practice and develop skills they have learned. Players will have opportunities for individual practice as well as be introduced to game play in a team tennis environment. Games and matches will be played on a combination of 36’ and 60’ sized courts. JUNIOR ACADEMY For players who are transitioning from the Orange to Green progression ball and court size. Players will continue to develop all-court game skills in a games-based environment. Match play and fitness are also introduced as part of training to be a competitive player. This class requires instructor approval. JUNIORS BEGINNING TENNIS This beginning tennis program will teach your child the basic fundamentals and skills of tennis in a fun and exciting class. Players will also learn basic match play strategies and how to keep score. Valley Sports 3-12 YRS. NO CLASS: 2/20, 2/23, 2/25, 2/26, 3/11, 4/2, 4/3, 4/7, 4/13, 4/15, 4/17. BASKETBALL CLINIC - PARENT/CHILD Kids will spend an exciting session developing their gross motor skills and learning essential basketball skills (passing, dribbling, shooting, and defense) through skill demonstrations and playing a variety of interactive and entertaining games! Each week, kids will also learn about a new character building trait, and have an opportunity to put it into practice.
