Modern Brushpen Calligraphy c Introducing Modern brush pen Calligraphy the beautiful and modern style of calligraphy done with brush pens. See online description for required materials. NO CLASS: 2/14, 2/21. Instructor: Priti Dasot MODERN BRUSHPEN CALLIGRAPHY Class will focus on using brush pens with varied pressure to make basic strokes. Moving on students will learn uppercase, lowercase letters, numbers and finally making words. Different background styles and effects will also be taught. MODERN BRUSHPEN & RIBBON LETTERING Class will begin with brush pen basics and cover fundamental strokes, alphabets, letter connections and word compositions. Students will then learn the unique style of ribbon lettering which will add dimension and depth to their lettering style. Ribbon letters are fun to create and they can help to pop out your writing style. MODERN BRUSHPEN & CARD MAKING Class will start with fundamental strokes, step by step learning to write lovely compositions. Students will make 3-5 cards with the help of their newly learned skill. Students will also learn some background techniques and styles to enhance their cards.
