18 East Side Adult Education - Fall 2022 Career Education COMPUTER AND INTERNET FUNDAMENTALS This course covers basic computer skills, cyberbullying, privacy and safety, virtual collaboration in Google and how to evaluate information found online: Is the site legitimate, or a hoax? This is the perfect class for a beginning computer user or someone looking to sharpen their Internet surfing skills. The class will improve a person’s ability to perform tasks effectively in a digital environment Online License required CERTIFIED FIBER OPTICS Students will have the opportunity to become a Certified Fiber Optic Technician (CFOT) and/or a Certified Premises Cabling Technician (CPCT). Fanuc robots are used by the Tesla factory in Fremont, one of the world’s most advanced automotive plants, to the Broccoli growers in the Central Valley.
