Donna Miklica was born and raised in San Jose and can’t remember a time when she did not love to draw. She graduated from San Jose State with a degree in art and had a long career as a graphic designer and design manager. After retirement in 2014 she got the opportunity to teach watercolor classes for FUHSD Adult School. She loves seeing her students learn to enjoy watercolor painting as they apply the various techniques taught in her classes.
