In addition to academic and career advising, participants go on field trips to colleges and universities, receive support in applying to college and learn how to apply for financial aid and scholarship opportunities. Nationally, more than 392,000 students are enrolled in approximately 510 Educational Talent Search TRIO programs. EOPS is a support program available for the full-time student who can benefit from a variety of extra services that promote academic success and personal growth. EOPS provides individual counseling, financial assistance for books, workshops, priority registration, free tutoring, college tours, and more.
